The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from all the main attractions such as the Vecchio bridge and the city center. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a tasteful breakfast served every morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and personable, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel was also situated away from the noisy streets, ensuring a peaceful stay.
The lobby reception desk was located near some of the rooms, causing potential noise disturbances.

The elegant and spacious room, filled with original period details, made us feel like we were staying in a grand palace. The friendly and helpful staff were really good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The central location allowed us to easily explore the beautiful city of Florence. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and luxurious stay.

The Junior Suite was outstanding, with 13th-century wall frescoes and luxurious and spacious decor. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and were extremely helpful. The location in the center of Florence was perfect. The buffet breakfast was good and the bar/dining area was pleasant. The hotel was tastefully renovated and maintained its charm.
Felt really like home, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel had beautiful rooms with fine frescoes on the ceilings, made me feel like I was sleeping inside a painting. The staff was professional and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions and great restaurants. To top it off, the hotel offered a wonderful breakfast and high-quality tea and coffee making facilities.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in a charming alley in Florence. The rooms were tastefully decorated with classic touches and had modern amenities like air conditioning.
